Samantha Lorraine (born May 11, 2007, in Los Angeles, California) was born into a Cuban family and grew up in Miami, Florida. Her parents, Mat and Candy Lorraine, recognized her passion for acting early on and supported her with theater workshops and acting lessons. In the AMC series The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020), she took on the role of young Hope Bennett. This first series role brought her international attention and laid the foundation for her future career. After her breakthrough, Samantha Lorraine played the Jewish-Hispanic Lydia in the 2023 Netflix comedy You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah. In 2025, she will appear as Dora Márquez in Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado. In addition, it was announced in 2024 that she will take on the lead role in Jay Hernandez's horror thriller Night Comes.
