Sara se Geheim is set in Cape Town, with two stories taking place at the same time - one about a family in Durbanville and the other of a family in Athlone. These families' lives are seemingly worlds apart, but a lie connects them - a lie which has been held secret for 35 long years...
Ebert wants Sanel to get medical help and Nicola and Inge get into a fight. Aiden unknowingly meets someone from his mother's past and Lizzie puts her plan into action to look ready for Aiden's 21st birthday party.
Maggie accuses someone else of the money she stole from the Slap Snoek and Virgil has to do something about it. Inge and Anita both make shocking discoveries about the rapes.
Aiden gets good news and Inge sticks her head in a bines. Maggie hatches plans to get rid of Ricky and Sara decides that Johan must know what is going on between Nicola and Ebert.
Virgil faces the consequences of his actions after Gadija resigns. Sara finds out Danny is hiding something and she ends up on Nicola's wrong side. Inge's detective work goes somewhat awry.
Sara confronts Danny about his relationship with the woman in the photo and gives him an ultimatum: he must break up with the woman and tell Lizzie about her, or she will throw him out of the house.
