Investigator Igor Zhuk arrives at his new duty station in Vyborg, but fate does not let him go. When the disfigured body of a young girl is found in the nearby forest, he realizes that he has already seen a similar case. The brutal murder has something to do with the fate of his dead wife, and Igor decides to find the perpetrators by all means.
